W:Yes, the best way to lose weight is to change your diet.Start counting calories.A man should consume 2500 calories a day and a woman 2,000 calories.However, you can lower your target to 1,800 and still be healthy and have energy to exercise.Fewer calories mean your body will burn more fat.
