听第10段材料,回答第18至20题。
It was my first day at the university.I carried two bags of luggage and finally found my room.In the room there was already a girl making her bed.
She greeted me,let me call her Susan and continued her work.I began to examine the room.It was not different from any other rooms I had seen. But it must have been cleaned by my new roommate.
Minutes later,I started to examine her.She was a short and dark girl with short black hair. She looked really thin. Her tired look was a sign of a long journey. Her white shirt was too big for her and her black trousers were a bit short. It made her look funny. In a word, she didn’t look like a smart girl at all.
The second time she spoke,I could tell that she was from the south.“Shall I help you to get your luggage from the ground floor?” I did not refuse since I really needed help.Wow! She was quick in action. Before I said “Thanks”,she had already walked out of the room and was soon far ahead of me.
