M:Yes.I’d like to go again,if I had another chance.

听第10段材料,回答第18至20题。

M:First, let me introduce myself. My name is Dr.Jason, from our school hospital.I’ve been asked to speak to you this afternoon on running.I guess most of what I’m going to say isn’t new to you. However,I also want you to have a new look on running.

I’m a runner myself.I got into it when I was studying in a middle school.I’ve been running for 27 years.Every morning I get up and go out to run for about three miles before having breakfast. It helps me a lot.

Is running the only sport that can help us? In fact, exercise seems to be the key to better health.Do a little exercise each day,and a ten-minute walk is plenty to start the long-run exercise.

To start exercise, you should check with your doctor before you begin any hard exercise, especially if you’re over 30 years old.And it is no good overdoing it.Increase your running distance every time you run,for instance, half a mile, twice a week. And if you stop your training for more than a couple of days, don’t try to pick it up where you left off.Be patient and be slow.
